Does it work offline at a venue?
The storefront loads over WiFi or 4G — most venues have both. We do not currently support fully-offline capture; a data connection is needed to submit leads and orders. We note this honestly: if your venue has zero connectivity, ask us about the roadmap.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Every lead and order belongs to your tenant. You can export at any time. We do not share your data with other tenants, and we do not add your buyers to any mailing list — ever.
How fast can a rep learn it?
Minutes. The capture flow is three steps: scan or tap a contact, pick items from the live catalogue, confirm. It is built for booth pressure — no training session required.
What does it cost?
